Backlit Stretch Ceilings
Plain white · Recessed · Custom contours
BION creates backlit stretch ceilings and backlit stretch walls using translucent stretch membrane, integrated LED lighting and precision profiles — available in plain white and customised printed designs.
The same BION backlit stretch technology can transform both ceilings and walls into evenly illuminated design surfaces — in plain white or customised printed finishes.

BION combines more than two decades of interior graphics experience with backlit stretch technology to create illuminated surfaces that become part of the interior itself.
Our current stretch offering is built around backlighting: integrated LED lighting behind a translucent stretch membrane for an even luminous surface.
Choose a clean plain-white glowing surface or turn the ceiling or wall into a customised printed design feature.
From measurement and design approval to profile, LED, membrane production and final installation, BION coordinates the complete stretch-surface scope.
BION has worked in interior graphics since 2004, with 9,000+ projects, 400+ architects and interior designers, and project experience across 85+ Indian cities.

The finished result comes from the coordinated performance of the translucent membrane, aluminium profile, LED lighting, power supply and site installation.
A tensioned translucent membrane forms the visible surface and diffuses the light behind it.
Perimeter profiles hold and tension the membrane to create a clean, precise finished surface.
Use plain white for a minimal luminous look or customised printing for decorative and thematic interiors.
LED modules or rigid bars are planned according to the available depth and the required light distribution.
BION supplies the LED, drivers and fittings inside the stretch system; the client provides the main power point, switch and wiring.
The membrane can be carefully removed for access and reinstalled when site conditions and the original system permit.
A clear commercial process keeps decisions moving and reduces surprises during execution.
Share the room or site, approximate size, photos, drawings and whether you prefer plain white or a printed design.
BION checks final dimensions, available depth, electrical readiness and installation conditions.
We finalise the application, design direction, system requirement and commercial proposal.
Printed surfaces move to production after design approval; plain surfaces after final measurement confirmation.
Profiles, lighting and membrane are installed, checked for uniform illumination and handed over.
BION’s stretch-surface business is backed by an interior graphics journey that began in 2004 and a long working history with architects, designers and project teams.

Simple answers about BION’s current backlit stretch ceiling and wall offering.
It is a modern backlit ceiling system. LED lighting is installed behind a specially designed translucent stretch membrane, so the complete ceiling becomes a soft, evenly glowing surface. BION offers it in plain white and customised printed designs.
Yes. BION calls this a Backlit Stretch Wall. The same core idea — integrated LED lighting behind a translucent stretch membrane — turns the wall into an evenly illuminated plain or printed design feature.
BION’s current stretch-surface offering is focused on backlit applications. We presently offer backlit stretch ceilings and backlit stretch walls in plain and printed options.
Plain white creates a clean, evenly glowing architectural light surface. Printed allows a customised image, pattern, artwork or theme to glow through the same backlit system.
